Singapore regulatory bodies including ICA has informed that all student pass holders and student pass-IPA holders currently overseas (Outside of Singapore) must not make travel plans to Singapore until approval has been given by MOE. If they arrive in Singapore without the approval letter of entry from MOE, ICA will require them to return to their last port of embarkation within 48 hours, at their own cost. If they fail to comply, ICA will cancel their passes or rescind their IPA.
